Please mention your language preference when requesting a quote. Chinese-speaking assistance is subject to staff availability; not every chauffeur is bilingual.
How does airport pickup work?
Provide your airport, flight, passenger count and luggage. Dispatch confirms the meeting point and vehicle in your booking details.
Does submitting a form confirm a ride?
Bookings are processed through AK Prestige Transportation. New customers complete Stripe payment; verified returning customers may use post-ride billing. Refer to your booking confirmation and dispatch arrangements.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is optional. Your written quote and confirmation explain fare, wait time and cancellation terms.
